Prime Day for Pets

It’s that time of year again, Amazon Prime Day (that lasts for 2 days) is here. If you’re not sure what Prime Day is, it’s 2 days of offers on Amazon for Amazon Prime members. Not an Amazon Prime member? You can sign up for Free for 30 days, then all you need to do is cancel your subscription and you won’t pay a penny to get access to Prime Day deals.

Not only will Prime get you access to Prime Day deals, but you’ll also access Prime Video as well as free delivery for the length of your subscription (ideal for Christmas gifts).

We’ve had a look through the Prime Day offers and have picked out some great offers for dog owners. It’s always a little questionable to support Amazon, but if you purchase from them via our links below (or purchase anything after you’ve clicked through from here) then evil Jeff will gives us a tiny percentage of the sale, which goes a long way to help us keep our website online. So if you’re buying from them anyway, it’d be great if you could support us by buying via our links.

You can check in on your fur pal and even talk to them and have the camera throw out a treat for them. Careful with using the voice feature as you don’t want to freak your dog out, but the camera can give you peace of mind.

Rechargeable Light Up Dog Collar – £12.79

This one is a personal recommendation, we actually just bought one of these recently for Ed. Autumn/Winter for dog walkers means dark mornings and dark evenings, and if your eye sight is anywhere near as bad as mine, you’ll need something to help pick your dog out in the dark. We got one of these collars in orange, and so far it’s been great. It’s re-chargeable via USB cable and it can handle the rain. We generally pop the collar on alongside his regular collar, I haven’t tried using it instead of, so I can’t vouch for strength.
